Candidates who are eligible for a statutory recruitment are selected among the persons who have passed a recruitment exam organised by SELOR.

BIPT also makes an appeal to SELOR for recruiting contractual staff based on a job description of the vacancy. In that case SELOR communicates to the Institute the personal data of the candidates who best answer the profile wanted.
BIPT does not organise any student training.
