abstract:	The provisions of the ministerial order of 30 August 2006 on the tariff comparison tool that the Institute should put in place lay down that a joint working group operators/BIPT has to give an opinion on some operational details of this tariff simulator. The opinion given by this group notably recommends that the computer application to compare tariffs provides for minimal rules with regard to quality or can work for operators in test mode. The opinion also underlines that operators will be informed of the different development phases of the project.
