At the request of the Minister of Telecommunications, BIPT organised from 26 May to 16 June 2008 a public consultation on directive 2006/24/ EC of 15 March 2005, the so-called « data retention » directive. You will find in attachment the summary of this consultation, as well as the contribution of the company Colt, i.e. the only company which has so far accepted to have its contribution published.
