The RF Radiation department is in charge within BIPT of managing files on RF radiation. This mission includes both the classification of the technical antenna files and the issue of conformity certificates.
The files submitted are thoroughly checked before a certificate is issued. If necessary, the cell appeals to the National spectrum monitoring department (NCS) to carry out additional measurements. You can find the results of the measurements on the page « Radiation measurements ».
The files can come from operators (trunking or GSM for example) or from individual spectrum users (radio amateurs, …).
