Your Internet connection does not work

In case of a defect, contact your service provider. 

Internet providers are subject to a “best efforts” obligation but are not obligated by law to guarantee permanent Internet access. 

Some providers do however offer specific contracts in which they commit themselves to certain levels of service and the provision of alternative solutions. Read the exact content of your contract. 

Should your operator not have made the best efforts to provide you with the promised level of service, or the level of service fixed in your specific contract was not reached, you are entitled to compensation.
