BIPT Council Decision of 22 July 2014 on the technical and operational terms required to avoid harmful interference in the paired 2 GHz band

This decision regards the technical and operational terms required in order to avoid harmful interference in the paired 2 GHz band. This decision allows the implementation of the principle of technological neutrality in the 2GHz band. This decision complies with the implementing decree 2012/688/EU harmonising the technical terms for the paired 2 GHz band.
