The number of perspectives was maximised so that insights were broadened and could be compared with one another.
Indeed, every method has its advantages, limitations and disadvantages.
As such apart from the enquiry the BIPT wanted to carry out a literature study, have an interview with postal operators and make an econometric analysis.
