Following the market analysis of 29 June 2018 concerning the 2018 broadband and television broadcasting markets the BIPT has examined the reference offer for the unbundled fibre local loop of Fiberklaar.
The BIPT points out that the tariff aspects are treated separately. Therefore, this decision only relates to the quality aspects of the reference offer.
