BIPT will no longer regulate the national fixed telephony services for either residential users or companies.
The price control and transparency obligations imposed on Belgacom at the retail level are lifted in the decision of 24 September 2014 because Belgacom is increasingly facing competition.
The 24 September 2014 decision replaces the former decision of 6 November 2008.
