This BIPT draft decision submits the new monthly wholesale tariffs regarding access to the cable networks for public consultation.
The draft decision constitutes an implementing measure accompanying the CRC Decision of 29 June 2018 (with a corrigendum on 11 July 2018), imposed by the CRC and existing in monitoring the prices for the wholesale services that the cable network operators have to provide.
