The BIPT has just published in a decision the rules aiming to better inform subscribers regarding the most advantageous tariff plan that suits their actual consumption.

This decision specifies in particular the inclusion of all brands of the operator in the identification of the most advantageous plan and aims to achieve greater uniformity in communication regarding the most advantageous plan.

The main objective is to increase transparency and to allow everyone to make informed choices. 

Operators now have 9 months from the publication of the decision to adapt their practices.
