This study compares the prices of the fixed services and convergent bundles offered to residential consumers (the prices mentioned are those applicable on 1 September 2025).
In order to help consumers better understand their needs and the offers that meet them, the BIPT takes the example of several types of users whose needs have been established in a varied and differentiated way. These profiles were modified and were the subject of a sector consultation during the third quarter of 2025. They are therefore no longer comparable with those of previous publications.
By clicking on the image corresponding to the profile, you will be redirected to the various cheapest plans offered by each operator that meet the stated needs.
