This memorandum provides a synthesis and an overview of the standing regulation with regard to the auction of 800MHz-licences.
However it should be clear that the Electronic Communications Act (ECA), the Royal Decrees and any other Belgian or European legislation relevant in this matter take precedence over any interpretation contained in this memorandum.
